Following up on yesterday’s sermon about the Pharisee, Pastor Ray now turns to the publican (tax collector). This man recognized that he had no righteousness to bring to God. But, he wanted righteousness–and so he asked for it from God. In like manner Christians can receive God’s righteousness from Jesus Christ.
